Debenhams Giftcards can be used to purchase items from Debenhams Plus. You can use your giftcard to pay for part or all of your order.

If you'd like to pay with your Debenhams Giftcard you will need to call our sales team on 0871 984 1922. Please note we're currently unable to process giftcard payments online.

Our sales line is open 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday – however verification for Giftcard orders after 6pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Sunday will be emailed the next working day.
