You decide the delivery date! We deliver to nearly all UK postcodes 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday 7am to 8pm. You can choose a date at our checkout or with our Sales team.

Need it in a hurry? If we have stock in our warehouse, we can offer you delivery next day (Monday to Saturday). Simply order before midday over the web or by phone.

Two-man Delivery
2 Man Delivery

All TVs over 43" and Kitchen Appliances will be delivered to your door by a 2 man team to make sure they arrive safely.

Change your Delivery
Need to Change your Delivery Slot?

We understand things can change and you may need to rearrange your delivery after it has been agreed. This option is available to you, however we ask that you let us know with at least 3 working days notice.

Unpacking
Unpacking your Goods

As part of our service for large two man deliveries, our drivers will deliver your new TV into your home and unpack it for you, allowing you to inspect for damages. Also, the driver will leave with all the packaging (for appliances).

Choose a Room
Room of your Choice

For large two man deliveries, our delivery team will take your new item to the room of your choice. The room needs to be on the ground floor. Range Cookers and American Fridges cannot be taken upstairs and American Fridges will usually be delivered to your front door or garage only.

Installation
Installation & Setup

We can deliver and install your new Appliance or TV at the same time! We can install all TVs, freestanding Dishwashers and Washing Machines. Please note if you would like
this service, we will contact you to confirm the delivery and installation date.

Removal
Removal of Your Old Appliance

To complete our full delivery service, our drivers can also away your old appliance (needs booking first - see checkout or ask our customer service team)

Keeping you Informed

No more waiting around all day for delivery! For 1 man deliveries, we mostly use DPD who will text you with a 1 hour delivery window. For our 2 man deliveries you will receive a text or an email the day before your delivery giving you a 3 hour time window (Please note that due to sudden changes in traffic, time should be seen as a guide rather than a promise).

    We offer our customers quick, reliable and cost effective delivery options. Most of the items we sell are stocked in our warehouse so we can offer you the following options to most postcodes in the UK:

    • Next day delivery

    • Saturday delivery
    • Free standard delivery (takes up to 4 days - customers will be notified the delivery day the night of despatch)
      For outlying areas there is a small surcharge which is detailed below. The postcodes are AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.  We always recommend entering your details in our checkout to get an accurate delivery price and timescale.

Please be aware that processing your order in time for our cut-off deadline is subject to stock availability and approval of your payment. 

Deliveries can take place from 7am until 8pm Monday to Satruday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. If you have ordered any product with an additional service to be done at our warehouse eg Pre Delivery Inspection on a laptop, your order will be delayed by up to 2 days.

The majority of orders can be tracked online however for some couriers we are unable to offer you tracking details. If this is the case and your delivery has not arrived by 8pm on the due delivery date, please contact us using our eMessage system. Many customers ask us for an update on delivery time – unfortunately we are unable to provide this information and request that you contact the courier directly if this is needed.

For large Appliances and TVs we use two-man delivery teams to ensure that your goods arrive safely As part of the service our drivers will deliver your new product to the room of your choice, unpack it, allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods and then take all the packaging away with them. Please note – we can only deliver to a ground floor.

All items should be inspected upon delivery and damages noted on the sheet you sign. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.


After Sales Service

At Debenhams Plus, we operate a fair and open after-sales service. We firmly believe that setting out our terms clearly rather than burying them in small print is what customers should be able to expect of any business. Everything you need to know about our policy is outlined here.

Over 99% of our orders are handled perfectly – goods are delivered on time and work without fault. However from time to time things do go wrong. Parcels can get misrouted by the couriers, traffic can prevent deliveries arriving on time, manufacturer’s specifications can be inaccurate and items can develop a fault. The real test of an online retailer is not just the availability of good value products, but how well they deal with after sales problems. Damaged / Missing Items / Wrong Items

Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. However items can get knocked about in transit and whilst often it is only the packaging that is damaged, the products themselves are occasionally damaged. Items also occasionally get misrouted or lost in transit.
